Abstract
This paper introduces the current situation of the training of financial IT outsourcing talents, taking the computer science and technology (service outsourcing) specialty of secondary vocational and undergraduate as an example, taking the training of financial IT outsourcing talents as the educational goal, taking the construction of the project-based curriculum system of secondary vocational and undergraduate as the core, forming the training of political- school-enterprise cooperation talents. System. The practice and exploration of the "3+4" stage training vocational education mode in Yancheng Teachers' University has initially formed the linking system of the financial IT outsourcing personnel training practice curriculum, effectively formed the political-school-enterprise cooperation personnel training system, effectively straightened out the "four-in-one" co-education mechanism, and initially formed the curriculum theory of the linking up of secondary vocational and undergraduate courses. Yancheng Teachers University in the "3+4" section of the implementation of vocational education model has the effect of deepening teaching reform, multi method used in skills teaching, school-enterprise cooperation to break through bottlenecks, teacher building initial results, and school-running mechanism gradually established. The two cooperative schools have devoted great enthusiasm and effort to the construction of the interchange between secondary and higher vocational schools. They have actively interacted with each other and established a working committee for the construction of a modern vocational education system. They have formed a regular interactive exchange mechanism, a mechanism for resource allocation and sharing, and a mechanism for quality control and guarantee, and have achieved ideal results.
