Yes, an editorial board member /peer reviewer can be members of different journals, but the number of journals he/she chooses should be no more than 3.

The charges commences being paid after an Acceptance Notification of the article reaches to corresponding authors, this Acceptance Notification contains the information about Article Processing Charges and forms to make the payment.

6. How to submit your paper?
(1) Firstly, you need to open the website and then log in. (If you don't have an account, please click "Register" and register an account)

(2) Secondly, click "Submit One Manuscript" on the left menu below "MANUSCRIPTS".
(3) Thirdly, fill up the information "Manuscript Title, Manuscript Keywords, and Manuscript Abstract", upload your manuscript and choose one Journal.
(4) Fourthly, click "submit", then you will get a manuscript number.
(5) Finally, click "Manuscript List" you can see the manuscript number and information of your paper. Please remember the manuscript number for each paper. It's very important for our future contact.
After finishing the above 5 steps, the submission is accomplished.
7. How to be a member of Reviewer Team or Editorial Board.
(1) Firstly, please pay a visit to the website and then log in. (If you don't have an account, please click "Register" and register an account)

(2) Secondly, click the "Join Reviewer Team" or "Join Editorial Board" on the left menu below "JOIN US".
(3) Thirdly, select the journal you want to join in and then click '>>' to confirm. If you select a wrong journal accidentally, please click '<<' to rescind.
(4) Finally, click 'Submit', and then it appears "Success".
8. How to contribute a book?
If you are interested in authoring a book, please first submit a proposal (
download the template proposal form). Upon receipt of your proposal, our Acquisitions team will assess your plan and provide feedback concerning further review. Book proposals can be submitted through our e-mail

9. Does Open Science offer hard copies to authors? If yes, how much should authors pay?
Yes, Open Science offers hard copies to authors.
The hard copies are with the extra charges, one hard copy is 50 USD at present.
